To qualify for a club membership discount of $30 per sled, a current NHSA voucher must be presented to the registration agent… please keep in mind that you need to join a club before registering your sled!

*NEW* for 2023/2024 Year:

You must now join the club electronically via a smart phone or computer. (i.e. No more mail in paper forms.) Unfortunately, this is the only way to join the club currently, as the NHSA changed the way members can join local snowmobile clubs in 2023. So it all has to be done through the NHSA membership portal now. 

HOW TO GET THE VOUCHER:

  1. To join the Strafford Swamp Stompers, please scan the QR code or visit the following URL: tinyurl.com/StraffordSwampStompers
  2. Enter your email address to start process (this will check current club membership voucher status). *Make sure there are no spaces in your email address!
  3. If no current memberships are listed, click “Next” to join your favorite clubs.
    (If a voucher is listed, search your email for original copy. If you need a duplicate voucher, contact nhsaoffice@nhsa.com. Note: response can take up to 78 hours.)
  4. Complete the rest of the sign up process and enter your credit card info at the end to pay. (There is a $2 processing fee.)
  5. Lastly, check your email! The email address that you provided will have a copy of your voucher (within 5-10 minutes) after you complete the sign up process. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I still get a form to join the club at the Strafford, NH townhall or a local powersports dealership?
No, unfortunately times have changed. Even if you have an old paper membership form, you won’t be able to join the club. Everything now is done online by the applicant through the NHSA’s website

I don’t have a computer. Can I use my smart phone or mobile device to sign up?
Yes, absolutely! You can join the club with a mobile device at tinyurl.com/StraffordSwampStompers and use it to display your voucher immediately. 

I don’t have a smart phone. Can I still join the club ?
Yes, as long as you have an email address and access to a computer, printer, and a credit card – you can sign up! Everything is done online by the applicant.

I don’t want to pay with credit card. Can I still pay with cash or check?
No. Unfortunately, this new system requires a credit card to sign up and pay. 

Do I need an email to get a voucher?Yes. To receive a membership voucher you must have a personal email account that you can access. The voucher is sent directly to your email, no one else can access it.
