We would like to once again extend a big THANK YOU to all of our landowners.   The appreciation dinner held on November 12th was enjoyed by all that attended.   Special recognition was given to Alice Saunders and the Brown family for their participation with the club since its inception. Thanks also goes out to Don Clifford for all the work he put into planning this enjoyable event.

If you have not yet done so, you still have the opportunity to be entered into the drawing for the $50 Gift Card from Rochester Sports Center.    The deadline for early registration is fast approaching and will be held during “Christmas in Strafford” on December 3rd.  We will have our table set up at the Bow Lake Grange on Saturday the 3rd only.  Be sure to stop by as we will once again have Swamp Stomper Merchandise and raffle items from various merchants. To date some of those include gift certificates from Hannaford, Calef’s Country Store, Sheila’s Deli, Pawtuckaway Nursery, Nippo Lake Golf Club,        Tall Timber Lodge and many more.  Swamp Stomper merchandise available for sale includes Hooded Pullover Sweatshirts, Long Sleeve T’s and Knit Caps, they all make great holiday gifts.  Hurry, supplies of on-hand stock are limited.  We are putting together a special order for all others by December 5th.  Guaranteed for Christmas delivery.  It’s a great opportunity to get some of that Holiday shopping done.    You can also sign up for your membership that day and still be entered into the drawing for the $50 gift card from RSC.

Our December meeting is on Thursday, December 8th at Nippo Lake Golf Club at 7:00PM.  We have our Holiday Party planned for Saturday, December 17th at 6:00PM at the home of Pat & Chris Maloy.  It is BYOB and we hold a Traditional Yankee Swap.  Let’s see who comes up with the most unusual item for swapping this year.  Members and landowners are invited to attend.  Please RSVP by December  14th to pcmaloy@metrocast.net or calling 370-0216.
